Terms & Conditions for the "Trip Giveaway" Contest

Participation in the Trip Giveaway Contest constitutes the entrants full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions including the decisions of Cintia De Souza which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. 

 

Basics of the Draw

 

The Draw is sponsored exclusively by Cintia De Souza, Broker of Re/Max Central Corp. A ballot is awarded to the person who refers someone over the age of 16 to Buy or Sell a property with Cintia De Souza.  

 

Who can Enter

Any Persons can participate. 

 

Contest Dates

 

Contest starts June 1st, 2010 to August 30th, 2011.  Draw will occur on stage at the Brazilian Day event at Dundas Square (Yonge & Dundas) on the 5th day of September 2011, Winner must be present. 

 

Contest Deadlines

 

To be eligible for the TRIP GIVEAWAY contest prize draw you must refer a minimum of 2 people to buy or sell a property with Cintia De Souza by August 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m.  The more people you refer the greater the chances to win. Referrals must be 16 years or older.  Buyer or Seller will have to go under contract before ballot can be given to the person who referred.

 

Chances of Winning

 

Chances of winning depend of the total number of transactions eligible for a ballot received on or before the contest closing date. The first entry drawn will be eligible to win the grand prize. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. Entering contest acts as a full release and indemnity form stating that he/she has read and understood these official rules and regulations, grants all consents required, authorizes the contest sponsor(s) to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, address, photograph in connection with any promotion or publicity purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner.  

 

What is the Prize

 

The grand prize is 2 Plane Tickets to Brazil (no cash value). The grand prize must be taken as offered, and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. This prize cannot be sold. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By accepting the entry form and opting in where indicated, all entrants acknowledge that any and all personal information collected on the entry ballot may also be used for marketing purposes by Cintia De Souza and the contest entrant hereby consents to such use and hereby releases and forever discharges directors, officers, employees, agents, partners from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses in relation to such disclosure and use. 

 

NOTE: All tax fees and other expenses and surcharges are at the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
